For over four decades, the 500 Bay Condominium Association has been considered a premier property in Ocean City, New Jersey. The owners enjoy many aspects of "life at the shore". Spectacular sunsets and bay breezes are sources of peace from the private boardwalk. The location of the private pool, on the bay, provides the illusion of enjoying a cruise ship while sunbathing. Each owner has at least one reserved parking space. Two community rooms are available for owners to rent for private parties.
